1. How do I use my savings code?

    • Enter your savings code to create an account with a login and password of your choice.
    • Search by destination for the hotel or resort that you are looking for. There are more than 400,000 hotels to choose from around the world.
    • Your savings will be displayed with each search result. (Results with the greatest savings are displayed first.)
    • Make your reservation and the amount that you save will be deducted from your Savings Bank Balance.

  3. How does the savings code work?

    Use your savings code to access your Savings Bank. Deduct savings from your Savings Bank Balance to arrive at your exclusive price. Each deal is backed by our best price guarantee.

  4. Can I use my Savings Dollars at the hotel to pay for meals or other items?

    Your Savings Dollars are only able to be used to save money on the accommodations. Your Savings Dollars cannot be used at the hotel.

  5. What hotels and resorts are available in the savings program?

    With over 400,000 hotels and resorts available through the savings program, you will find familiar brands and hotels around the world.

  6. Can I combine multiple codes for additional savings?

    Yes! You can add multiple codes to your account to create additional savings.

  7. Can I give my savings code to a friend or family member?

    Yes. An un-activated savings code is fully transferable. Once activated, a savings code cannot be transferred and personal information cannot be changed. The person activating the savings code must be the person traveling or using the service.

  8. Can I use the entire amount of my savings towards my reservation?

    Yes, if the amount of savings for the selected hotel or resort is equal to the amount of your Savings Bank Balance, the entire amount will be applied to your reservation automatically.

  9. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    There is no timeline required. You can start booking your next trip today!

  10. How many times can I use my savings code?

    You can use your savings code as many times as you like prior to the expiration of the code or until you exhaust your Savings Bank Balance, whichever comes first.

  11. Is there a minimum stay required?

    No. There is no minimum stay required. You can stay for 1 night if you want.

  12. What if I don't have enough savings on my savings code to make a reservation?

    No problem. Regardless of the balance on your Savings Bank Balance, you can always make a reservation through the website. The balance determines the amount of savings that you can apply to your reservation. If your Savings Bank Balance is zero, you can still make a reservation, however you will not be able to apply savings to that reservation.

  13. Is there a minimum purchase amount?

    No, there is no minimum purchase amount.

  14. Are there any blackout dates?

    No. There are no blackout days.

  15. Are there any restrictions?

    No. There are no restrictions.

  16. What if I lose my savings activation code?

    If you lose your savings activation code and you have already activated your code, there is nothing to worry about. Just login using the account information that you entered when you created your account.

  17. Is this a free trip?

    No. There is still a portion of your trip/reservation that you must pay for. The amount that you are required to pay is the amount not covered by your savings code.

  18. Can I combine coupons with my savings code?

    No. Coupons are not allowed to be combined with the savings code.

  19. Is this a Gift Card?

    The savings code is not a Gift Card. The savings code allows you to apply the savings balance to the hotels and resorts that are available in the savings platform.

  20. Are there any additional fees?

    Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price of your reservation. Resort fees, hotel parking and incidental charges if any, are displayed in the Terms and Conditions of the reservation and will be collected by the hotel/resort. There are no other fees to make a reservation or to access the savings platform.

  21. What if I want to change or cancel my reservation?

    Cancellation policies will vary depending on the particular hotel or resort you chose. The cancellation and change policies can be found in the terms and conditions on the booking page and your reservation confirmation.

  22. Can I change or cancel my reservation? Is my reservation refundable?

    Reservations booked on the website cannot be changed or modified once booked, but may be cancelled per the Terms and Conditions. Cancelled reservations may incur a cancellation fee but any savings used for the booking will not be applied to the Savings Bank Balance.

  23. Can I use my savings code on other websites?

    No. The savings available through your savings code is only available by making a reservation through the website.

  24. Can I use my hotel loyalty points with my savings code?

    At this time, hotel loyalty points are not able to be earned or combined with the savings codes.

  25. Can I redeem the unused balance?

    Your Savings Bank Balance program has no cash value outside of the savings program.

  26. Do I have to use my savings code on one reservation?

    No. The savings program is flexible enough to allow you to use your entire Savings Bank Balance on one reservation or multiple reservations. The amount that you can apply to each reservation is determined by the parameters of your search and the savings available through the hotels and resorts that you choose.

  27. How long do I have to wait before my reservations are confirmed?

    All of the inventory in the system is live and available to make a reservation. Once your credit card is charged, your reservation is confirmed.

  28. What happens to the leftover Savings Bank Balance?

    The remaining amount in your Savings Bank Balance will remain in your account until your next reservation or until the savings expire, whichever comes first.

  29. Is there a phone number that I can call?

    Once you make your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email that includes the phone number to the Customer Service Department.
